Commercial Pilot License Course duration includes 80 hours of academic session and 200 hours of flying experience. To get the CPL one must complete three stages of training. The Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is related to flying commercial aircraft for the airlines. This course includes 80 hours of academic sessions on the ground and 200 hours of flying experience. The candidate must complete the 3 stages of the training (Ground Training, Simulator Training and Flying Training) to get the Pilot License. The CPL holder performs flying work in single and multi-engine airplanes, and flies the aircraft as a co-pilot in the aircraft.
After the candidate completes the course, he/ she will be able to get a Course Completion Certification (COC). Furthermore, this certificate will help the candidates to get a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), issued by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
